About me and my therapy practice

I am a registered member and have a diploma in therapeutic counselling.

I work ethically, safely with integrative approach within counselling relationship. It is a client-centred, humanistic approach that blends different modalities to meet individual client needs and concerns.

Practice description

The practice is online , flexible and client -centred ,with focus on providing the individual with safe, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore their issues and concerns related to mental, physical and emotional well being. The focus would be to work with the client so that the client is able to achieve what they hoped to achieve from counselling within the time framework agreed to in the initial assessment.

My first session

In first session, would be initial assessment and won't be charged.
