About me and my therapy practice

Your well-being is my ultimate concern. My therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, gain self-awareness and assist you in the healing process.

I offer a non-judgmental, supportive and confidential space that will allow you to explore and gain an understanding of the feelings or situation that is causing you unhappiness.

In addition to one-to-one therapy I have a passion for taking therapy outdoors into a variety of restorative, tree-filled, natural spaces that are available in London. I offer Walk and Talk therapy sessions in the beautiful outdoor setting of Greenwich Park and Oxleas Wood in South East London.
