About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor and have a private practice in North Swindon offering short term and long term counselling for individuals and young people.
Clients usually come to me when they wish to change something in their lives or simply explore thoughts and feelings in more depth. My role as a counsellor is to help you through this process without telling you what to do but by facilitating you to make your own changes. Working collaboratively can help you make sense of what you are feeling and why, can give you a deeper understanding of yourself, helping you find new ways to cope and make the best possible choices for you.
I work in a compassionate, non-judgemental and respectful way with clients from all walks of life on a wide range of psychological and emotional issues.
Key to the success of the counselling experience is the relationship we are able to build together. For this reason, I offer a free initial consultation as an opportunity for us to meet (online or off), for you to ask any questions you might have and to be sure you feel comfortable moving forward together.
