Practice description

Through our sessions, I have belief in the safe, healing therapeutic relationship we can create, to facilitate change.

I see how acknowledging pain or difficulties from the past allows repair in the present for a more fulfilling life.  My aim is to be alongside you, to relieve some of that emotional struggle together.

With exploration, understanding and new perspectives, this can lead to greater awareness and functioning on personal and interpersonal levels.

My first session

Our first session I offer as our initial meeting and is a chance to get to know each other. It is free of charge, with no obligation, lasting about half an hour.

I’ll ask you a few questions to find out some background and there will be a chance for you to do the same.  This forms the foundation for any future work we may do together.

I fully appreciate this may be a difficult and daunting time for you but I aim to reassure you, so you get what you need in this friendly meeting.
