About me and my therapy practice
Are you feeling overwhelmed? You may feel hopeless and exposed; not sure where to start, and who you can trust. This can feel scary. I respect the courage that it takes for you to think about contacting a therapist and I also I want to reassure you that there is no situation that is too big, or too small or too strange for therapy.
My role is not to tell you what to do. I am here to listen to you and together with you to seek out your own words and your own way.
I invite you on a journey to uncover who you are. As you talk about whatever is important to you in a session, I will encourage you to notice what is going on inside you. You and I will be open-minded detectives listening to the information within you: your emotions, physical sensations and your thoughts. These are your guides.
I encourage you to be kind, curious and to go at the pace that’s right for you. This is a process that leads to finding your truth, clarity and your way forward in your life.
On Mondays and Thursdays I work in beautiful therapy rooms 3 minutes walk from Gloucester rd tube in Kensington. This is on the Piccadilly, District and Circle line, easily accessible from all parts of London. Unfortunately for those with mobility issues, the rooms are on the 2nd floor, with no lift.
If you would like to see what it would be like to work with me, you can contact me by email and we can arrange a time for an initial session. An initial session is a paid for 50-minute session where you can get a sense of what I offer. If you wish to proceed, we can meet weekly at the same time, in a slot reserved for you.
If you would like to talk to me before deciding to book a session, I offer a free twenty minute phone call at a mutually arranged time.
