About me and my therapy practice
Life does not always go according to plan; anxiety, stress, loss, grief and trauma are just a few of the things that can impact on us all at some point, stopping us from being the person we want to be. Counselling can help free you from these feelings allowing you to move forward in life.
I believe that we are all capable of finding our own answers, counselling can help facilitate this by allowing you the client to speak openly about your feelings and fears from the past or of the future. To enable you to look at them and explore them unjudged in a safe, confidential and empathic environment.
As an integrative counsellor I draw upon various types of therapy depending on my client’s needs as we are all different, I work in accordance to this difference. I offer long and short-term counselling again depending on your needs.
