About me and my therapy practice
If you decide to work with me I offer a confidential and non-judgmental space to explore your feelings in a safe and supportive way.
I qualified as a counsellor in 1981 and have a wealth of experience in many areas of life. I have worked in schools, colleges, a prison, a charity and with students at a London university.
I have worked with a wide range of issues including: bereavement, divorce, redundancy, anxiety, depression, abusive relationships, family problems, workplace issues, PTSD and low self esteem. My clients come from a variety of backgrounds, refugees, prisoners and students.
I draw upon different approaches which are tailored to suit you. Every client is different so my approach is based on your needs.
There will be an initial consultation where you talk about what brings you to counselling and whether we can work together. counselling is a collaborative process and I believe that human beings have an innate tendency to develop their full potential but this can be distorted by life experiences.
I work with adults of all ages and have worked with clients from eighteen to eighty. My therapy rooms are based at Kings Cross St Pancras with excellent transport links.
My fees are £65 per hour.
Please call or email me for a confidential chat and I can answer any questions you may have.
