Availability
I am currently working on Zoom only but I might return to face to face work later this year. I provide sessions on Monday evening after 6pm, from 9am to 5pm on Wednesday and from 9am to 8pm on a Thursday. I have some availability at present.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychotherapist, counsellor and clinical supervisor and have been practicing for 25 years. I am able to work with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, OCD, work issues, school and exam stress, relationship problems, bereavement, life transitions, self esteem and confidence, body image and eating disorders and help both adult and adolescent clients from the age of 11 years upwards. My training is in Psychodynamic therapy which means that I will help you to address any issues from childhood which might be impacting you as an adult and also look at any repeating patterns in your life. I might also use some other ways of working such as using some CBT tools eg: breathing exercises to lessen anxiety, if I feel that they might be helpful.
My first session
I offer an initial assessment session at my usual rate of £75.00 and this lasts for 50 minutes. This is to find out more about you and to take a history but also to see if we both feel that we can work together. We would then discuss the practical details of the contract and arrange the day and time of the sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
I originally trained in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and Counselling and have been practising for 23 years. I work with a variety of issues including: depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss and bereavement, work/academic stresses, transitions and eating disorders. I see both adults and adolescents from the age of 14 years upwards for both short and long term work. I also supervise both qualified and trainee therapists.
Practice description
I have two practices: one is based in The King's Rd Chelsea and the other very close to Notting Hill Gate tube station. However, at present, I am working remotely on Zoom due to the pandemic. I am hoping to return to my practices in the next month, when it is safe to do so but will also continue to offer remote sessions if needed.
My first session
In the first session, I will carry out an assessment, which will last for 50 minutes, in order to assess if I am the appropriate therapist for the client and to see if we would be able to work together. If I felt the client needed perhaps a different approach, then I would endeavour to make an onward referral or to at least suggest some options and give some contact information for a colleague or organisation.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision to both qualified and trainee therapists. I hold a Diploma in clinical Supervision from CPPD and have practised as a clinical supervisor since 2008. I have supervised groups at MIND in Hackney and Hammersmith and Fulham and also at WLCC in Hammersmith but usually work on a 1-1 basis in private practice.
Practice description
I see both trainee and qualified therapists for supervision in both of my practices and also offer remote sessions.
My first session
I would suggest having an initial session in which to ascertain if both myself and the supervisee would be able to work together. We would also discuss the ways in which we practice and perhaps start to look at some clinical work.
