About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals and couples from a variety of backgrounds offering long and short term sessions either face to face or via video call. I work with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, bereavement, loss, trauma, low self-esteem and relationship breakdowns.
Individual counselling is £50 and couples counselling is £65
Practice description
My approach is to listen and encourage couples and individuals I work with whilst providing a safe and secure environment to help empower clients to work towards a more satisfying and fulfilling life. I am a person- centred counsellor with training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transactional Analysis.
During our sessions I offer

My first session
Our first session offers you as a couple and an individual a neutral non-judgmental space to discuss what has brought you to counselling.
