About me and my therapy practice
I aim to respect you as an individual with autonomy. As such everything we do is based upon what is important to you as a person, from your own perspective. I believe that you know what hurts and that you have the capacity to begin a healing process. I hope that I am able to offer you a safe environment in which to explore any issue that is important to you. Concessions available to counselling students on a counselling course.Practice description
I work from home in a conservatory at the back of the house, which is private.
There is also a large private garden which we can use when the weather permits
My first session
The first session lasting half an hour is free. This is so that you can meet me in order to discuss your requirements. In this session I will talk through our contract should you wish to continue, you can ask me questions and you will be able to decide if you feel comfortable enough to work with me.
This introductory session can be held on the telephone or Zoom due to the latest restrictions, we can then discuss moving to meeting face to face in the future.

About me and my therapy practice
In supervision I use the person centred approach in order to promote a collaborative relationship where we work to ensure the safety of your clients and to encourage growth within your professional practice.
The initial meeting, lasting half an hour is free in order for you to decide if we can work together.
Supervision is available at £50 for 1.5 hours if self funding, £55 if externally funded due to the extra admin, which is the minimum requirement of any counsellor working within the BACPs ethical code of practice.
Please feel free to email enquiries@margaretheap.co.uk, or ring 07544 269118 with any questions you may have, or to book an appointment.
