Availability

I currently offer face to face, online (Zoom) and telephone counselling. I'm based close to the Tetley and not far from the city centre of Leeds. I work Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. 

Sessions are held for 50 minutes, once a week and can be short-term or long-term. I offer a free 15 minute introductory call.

I require 48 hours notice of cancellation.

Hello and welcome to my page. I'm a qualified counsellor with 14 years experience and have worked in private practice since 2014. I specialise in anxiety, depression and chronic illness and have an in depth understanding of how they can affect individuals. 

I feel it's important to offer you a safe, confidential space for you to talk, so that I can help you to understand your issues or problems and support you with any changes you wish to make. It's essential that we find the root and work through your anxiety, fears and negative thoughts.  


Practice description

I have experience working with adults aged 18 years old and over from diverse backgrounds and cultures with a range of issues and problems.

The main focus will be to help you to understand your anxiety, depression or chronic health condition. It's essential we explore your anxiety, fears or negative thought patterns. They may be from your past, present or your perception of the future. 

We can work together in order for you to gain a deeper understanding of your feelings, emotions, awareness, how you are in relationships, your patterns of behaviour. I will help you to find all the answers within you and support you to self care, so that you can move forward feeling happy and calm.

My first session

The first session can feel a little overwhelming and I will help you to feel comfortable as much as possible. It's important that we explore what you would like from therapy and for us to get to know each other, whilst working at your pace.
