About me and my therapy practiceWhen you feel stuck and unhappy with your circumstances or are finding yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships, counselling can help you explore the issues that you are facing in a supportive environment.
I work extensively with anxiety, relationship issues, gender identity, bereavement, depression and low self esteem and am a registered therapist for Stonewall and The Terrence Higgins Trust.
I use different therapeutic approaches depending on the stage of your life that issues began to arise- therefore the therapy I offer is tailored to suit your specific requirements. These include a person centred approach placing your needs at the centre of our work and a belief that with the right support we all have the capacity to reach our full potential.
I offer professional, confidential short term solution focussed therapy as well as long term open ended counselling and this can be discussed and then reviewed throughout our work together.
I work with individuals, couples and young people aged 14 upwards.
I also offer consultative supervision to counsellors and other professionals either individually or as in a group of four. I offer a free telephone or email consultation to every person that wishes to book a session.
