About me and my therapy practice
To me, therapy is an 'in depth' exploration of our 'what is', our here and now experience of living. Being helped to explore this supports us to get new and deeper awareness of ourselves, which is hard to do alone. We can then understand ourselves better and through this take more responsibility for ourselves. This new awareness is supported by looking in detail at our thoughts, our feelings and very importantly connecting to, and becoming more sensitive to, our body. We have enormous wisdom and a deep inherent drive towards health, development and freedom, so we just need to undo the blockages. This is the help that therapy can provide. www.jim-robinson.co.uk
