About me and my therapy practice
I hold the belief that at some point all human beings experience difficulties like, pain and loss, anxiety and overwhelm, sadness and despair, frustration, anger and jealousy, difficulty relating to others, isolation and loneliness. I provide a connected space to support a safe therapeutic process that is built on a connection of Empathy, Trust, Respect and Authenticity.
When you are at a low point in life, talking or reaching out to others can be especially difficult. Yet, looking for help and support can be the first step to creating change in your life and you have done that today.
I invite you to a warm, caring, non-judgmental and confidential safe space that supports you when exploring your difficult thoughts, feelings and experiences.
I can support you when experiencing specific difficult life events, such as bereavement and loss and when exploring difficulties around relationship issues, upsetting experiences from the past or present, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, low confidence, and work-related stress.
I offer long/short term therapy that can be face to face, over the phone or online sessions.

I am a qualified person-centred, integrative counsellor, which means that based on your individual circumstances and needs, I can use elements of different approaches to help you explore and cope with your problems. I have also committed to professional development in Polyvagal theory, CBT, Solution Focused and Emotion Focused therapy to support this process.
My first session
I believe building rapport between us is a really important part of counselling. To support this, I offer a free initial telephone session as I would love to learn more about what's going on for you and to see you are comfortable working with me.
