About me and my therapy practice

My name is Sarah I am a integrated counsellor, and run a low cost generic counselling service within West Yorkshire. Free assessment and counselling sessions at £30. Using several approaches to meet the needs of my clients.

With over 20 years of experience working within a substance treatment agency working with all substances and alcohol around recovery, providing counselling around dual diagnosis. Also support family and friends affected by other misusing.

I also work with adult / child trauma and work with a variety of other issues including anxiety, depression, domestic abuse, relationship issues, EAP , student counsellors

Practice description

Both online and face to face sessions can be offered.

My first session

Free assessment which can take up to 30 minutes. This can be either done via telephone appointment or video calling.
