About me and my therapy practice
I currently work completely online and offer sessions via Zoom. Clients can also have telephone sessions if preferred.
I work with clients who would also like to access sessions through their insurance provider.
Practice description
We all experience times in our lives when issues come our way that are difficult to manage. This can leave us feeling overwhelmed, helpless and unable to move forward. Sometimes this may be current or it might be a past un-resolved issues that are holding you back. I work primarily as a humanistic therapist offering clients a safe non judgemental space to explore difficult life experiences past and present that may help you to find new perspectives on situations that can effect positive change in your life. I will help you learn to trust your own guidance to make the best decisions or live your life in the most meaningful way for you. I have vast experience in working with clients who have experienced various life issues across various sectors and organisations and currently work in a NHS Talking Therapy Service as a counselling for Depression practitioner.
My first session
I offer a free 20- minute consultation to determine if I will be the right therapist. The initial session will be an assessment of your history, current issues and goals for working together. Session's can be weekly of Bi- weekly if that better suits your circumstances.
