About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor and trained at an NHS institute which is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I work with a wide range of clients who want to understand and ultimately reduce feelings of anxiety, panic, and depression, or who may be struggling with other aspects of their lives, past or present. These can include feeling overwhelmed, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, trauma, loss and grief, heath concerns and existential worries.

I have an integrative, relational approach. This is quite mainstream and one of the most effective therapeutic approaches (source below). In short it means I combine a blend of therapy styles to work with you in a way that best suits you. The relational aspect means that where useful it is possible to look at what happens in the counselling relationship as a reflection of what might happen with other relationships in your life.

Counselling theory aside, I offer a safe, non-judgemental and caring place for you to explore your concerns at your own pace.

I work out of pleasant spaces in Chislehurst and Sidcup - please feel welcome to contact me to arrange a consultation.
