About me and my therapy practice

I am a BACP-registered integrative counsellor, trained at an NHS training institute which is accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with clients who want to understand and reduce feelings of anxiety, panic, and depression, or who may be struggling with other aspects of their lives, past or present. These can include feeling overwhelmed, self-esteem issues, relationship problems, trauma, loss and grief, heath concerns and existential worries.

I use a relational, integrative approach which means I combine a blend of effective, mainstream therapy styles to work with you and whatever it is you bring. The relational element means that where useful it is possible to look at what happens in the counselling relationship as a reflection of what might happen with other relationships in your life, in a safe, non-judgemental and caring environment.

I work out of pleasant spaces in Chislehurst and Sidcup - please feel free to contact me to arrange a consultation.

What I can help with
