About me and my therapy practice

I am a registered and Accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have a background in working with adolescents and adults. I am trained in Integrative Humanistic counselling and I follow the BACP Ethical framework and have regular supervision to ensure that I am practicing safely and ethically. Alongside my private practice I also work for a Youth counselling charity based in Reading. I hold a current DBS Certificate.

The key to any successful therapy is to build a trusting relationship between a therapist and a client. I am here to listen and to help you explore your thoughts and feelings, which can sometimes feel confusing and overwhelming. I offer a secure, non- judgemental, professional and confidential environment where we work together to try and make sense of how you are feeling.
