About me and my therapy practice
My name is Tess, I am a qualified integrative counsellor (FdA in Arts in Counselling) and I am currently a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have worked in management roles for the last 13 years with a focus on developing high performing teams and supporting individuals in achieving their goals.
I have experienced working with bereavement and loss, attachment and childhood issues, relationship and work related issues, anxiety, depression and low mood. My continued personal development includes recent courses in domestic abuse, suicide, transactional analysis, Gestalt and Trauma informed therapy.
I offer face to face counselling in person or online. If you have any questions or would like to find out more please get in touch for free, no obligation, informal chat. I understand how important it is to find the right therapist whom you can trust and who can support you through your journey.
I offer a 20min introductory call which helps me understand how counselling could help you and what you are hoping to achieve in working together. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions regarding counselling that you might have.
I can help you see the bigger picture and connect events with feelings so that in the future you will be equipped to deal with life’s challenges.
