About me and my therapy practice
So now you have decided to start therapy, how will you choose who is the right therapist for you? I’m guessing that you would want to speak to someone in whose presence you feel comfortable, accepted and most importantly, someone who is human.
I offer a free, no obligation phone call before making an appointment, to explore what you would like from therapy and let you ask any initial questions so you can decide if I am the right therapist for you.
I am qualified in psychology, social work, counselling and psychotherapy. I am able to work with adults using a range of therapeutic approaches. I am also trained in a variety of models to work with children, such as Theraplay and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing).

I have a purpose built therapy space, with wheelchair access and parking and am within easy reach of Bradford, Halifax and other parts of West Yorkshire. Alternatively I can work online using Zoom, Teams, WhatsApp or telephone.
All sessions are 50 minutes.
Couples therapy is £60 per session.

The first session will allow us to meet and discuss how we can work together to get the most out of your therapy.
It will be an opportunity for you to discuss in more detail why you are seeking therapy and how we can structure your sessions in terms of day/time and establish a plan to help you achieve your objectives.
