About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my profile. Thank you for taking the time to spend a few minutes to see what support I can offer you through this time in your life.
The approach of counselling I practice is called Person-Centred counselling, which is a non-directive approach where I am there to support you through your own process, and give you that safe space to explore how you are feeling, and be by your side throughout.
I can offer flexibility in terms of the space that you feel will work best for you, whether it be telephone or zoom.
My first session
If you are interested in counselling, I would like to offer you a free 20 minute consultation, where we can discuss together what your needs are. Every individual client is different so it is important to have that space to explore if person-centred counselling is the right approach for you at this stage in your life.
Each session after that initial 20 minutes, if you wish to continue with me, will be an hour long.
Please get in touch by either email, telephone or just send me a text if that feels easier for you for that initial contact and i can call you back at a time we work out together.
