About me and my therapy practice
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore whatever might be troubling you in your daily life or your relationships with others. Your experience will be valued and respected within a collaborative process which helps you to make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings. Understanding yourself and your situation more clearly, may help you identify and strengthen your own resources to handle what is going on, both now and in the future.
Deciding to see a counsellor could be a positive first step towards addressing whatever is worrying or distressing you.
In addition to my private practice I have worked for the Student Counselling Service at Royal Holloway, University of London since Jan 2015. I also previously worked for 6 years for the Windsor and Maidenhead Youth and Community Counselling Service.
I have over 2,000 clinical hours of counselling experience, attend a variety of CPD (Continuing Professional Development) training, as well as regular supervision.
As a qualified yoga teacher, I can also offer mindfulness, relaxation and breathing practices which may help alleviate symptoms of stress and anxiety.
