About me and my therapy practice
Does life feel difficult at the moment? Is it hard to talk to others about what you are experiencing? Are you looking for help?
I offer a supportive, non-judgemental and confidential space to explore whatever might be troubling you in your daily life or your relationships with others. Your experience will be valued and respected within a collaborative process which helps you to make sense of difficult thoughts and feelings. Understanding yourself and your situation more clearly, may help you identify and strengthen your own resources to handle what is going on, both now and in the future. Deciding to see a counsellor could be a positive first step towards addressing whatever is worrying or distressing you.
In addition to private practice I also work for the Student Counselling Service at Royal Holloway, University of London, and for the Windsor and Maidenhead Youth and Community Counselling Service.
