About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe space for you to be yourself and talk about things that you find difficult. It can make a difference to talk to someone who is not involved in your life and can listen to you in an open and responsive way.
I am trained in existential psychotherapy. This means that we will explore what it is like to be you at this moment, what you struggle with and what you want to achieve. You might be confused about certain feelings, or want to work through a difficult time, or need support tackling a change in your life.
I work in a direct and honest way. We can discuss at any time how we work together and whether or not it feels useful. From the first contact the sessions are confidential.
In that first session we can discuss any questions you might have about therapy and find out if we want to work together
