About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I'm Robert, an experienced Cognitive Behavioural Therapist & Counsellor.
I have experience working with a wide variety of clients and a passion for helping people. I help people discover and nurture their self-esteem and become more comfortable with themselves and their emotions.
How I work:
I blend classic CBT with modern Compassion Focused Therapy, and tailor the specifics to each client to provide a bespoke service for the maximum effect in as few sessions as possible.
Together we work towards uncovering the roots of your difficulties, re-appraising how current coping strategies are working (or not working) and also help you foster a kindness for yourself helping life feel lighter, brighter and more enjoyable.

Whether you've been diagnosed or you simply feel something's not right and you'd like some help understanding what and why, together we can begin to make sense of things, make positive changes, and help you feel better.
