About me and my therapy practice
A few key areas you need to know:
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I completed my training at Teesside University.
I am Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked.
My fee is usually £45 for a full one hour session (i.e. 60 minutes). Concessionary rates are available for counselling/therapy trainees.
To know more about me and my approach to therapy you can contact me for a free, no obligation initial session. This is also an opportunity for you to tell me about you and what brings you to therapy - in as little or as much detail as you feel comfortable to.
I fully understand that, for some, taking this first step can be daunting so want to reiterate you have no obligation to take things further than the initial session and no expectation on my part as to what you share (over and above a minimal amount of detail).
Warm regards, Keith.
