About me and my therapy practice
As an integrative therapist, I am able to integrate different styles of therapy to suit clients and their life challenges. I do not have a 'one size fits all' approach, instead, I work with clients to establish the best way forward, and that will be different for everybody.
I am able to blend approaches such as CBT, person centred and solution focused therapy and apply them to problems such as anxiety disorders, depression, bereavement, stress, relationship difficulties, low self esteem and many more.
I am a trained Mindfulness practitioner and regularly offer online mindfulness sessions and courses, designed to help reduce stress, worry and anxiety. I work with organisations to help change attitudes and reduce stigma towards mental health in the workplace, something I feel very passionate about.
My additional training as a coach can often help clients to achieve positive change. I aim to empower my clients with a toolkit of skills and coping strategies, a renewed outlook, and increased self-awareness to help with life's challenges outside of the therapy room.
Working within private practice, the NHS, mental health settings and the business world, I am able to draw on many approaches when helping my clients find ways to change.
