Every Monday at 8 pm I offer up to 6 sessions, free for clients currently struggling due to the cost of living expenses

As a therapist, I believe in creating a comfortable and non-judgmental environment for my clients. I strive to be welcoming and accepting of all individuals, regardless of their background or experiences. 

I understand that trust and safety are essential components of the therapist relationship, and I take great care to ensure that my clients feel secure and supported throughout our sessions.

I use my knowledge and experience to help others overcome challenges and achieve goals. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

I offer a space for individuals to discuss their experiences and issues regarding diversity, equality, and identity.

I have specific life skills and awareness of issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community.

Every session lasts 50 minutes via VSee or telephone on the scheduled day and time (pre-paid).

I will use a range of methods in the therapy process to support your specific needs and give you tools to use outside of the session.

There are no restrictions on the number of sessions you are required to sign up for. Each client has a timeline and pace of travel. You will know when you have arrived at your destination.

Before beginning therapy you will be asked to provide some information about yourself and give consent to work with me.

During the first appointment time will be taken to explore expectations related to therapy. It offers an opportunity to decide if we are a good match and whether to book a 50-minute session.

I will send you an Agreement and Consent form before beginning your therapy.

GDPR fully regulates information retained and adheres to BACP practice guidelines.
