About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced Counsellor specialising in working with clients experiencing loss, grief, bereavement and change management issues and the accompanying feelings. Sometimes life throws us into emotionally-challenging situations and I work alongside my clients to support them to find their own unique answers to their life and emotional questions.
Endings can be sad, beginnings can be scary; I hope to work with clients to navigate these life situations and gain greater self-awareness and capability to manage life’s ups and downs more effectively.
My initial training was Person-centred, however, now I use several theoretical approaches, tools and techniques within my practice.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Supervisor, with over 8 years’ experience. My aim is to provide my supervisees with a caring and supportive confidential space where they can bring their practice and we can explore together their client work. I support supervisees’ learning and growth as well as providing quality and risk management functions. For me, a positive and professional working alliance is key to successful supervision.
