About me and my therapy practice

As an integrative counsellor I draw upon a range of psychological therapies to best assist the individuals and couples I work with.

If you are struggling with emotional experiences, feeling stuck or going through a period of change, therapy offers you the opportunity to share your troubles without judgment or criticism. I can help you unravel your issues and assist you in taking control of whatever is going on for you.

Life can be really hard sometimes and I would like to help you through this difficult patch and together find useful strategies to help you move on.

Practice description

I work within the ethical framework of the BACP. I have regular clinical supervision and engage in a wide range of continuous professional development.
