About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced therapist with an MA in Psychodynamic therapy and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I offer short or longer term face to face and online counselling , depending on your needs.

I create a safe and confidential space where your difficulties and problems, sometimes painful and deeply buried, can be explored, talked through and made sense of.

I am non-judgemental, empathic, compassionate and supportive on your journey of self-exploration and self-discovery.
