COVID-19 update: I currently offer online therapy for those clients who wish to socially distance or prefer the convenience of meeting online. If you would like an initial consultation to see if online will work for you, please do get in touch.

About me and my therapy practice

Why choose therapy with me?

I am an experienced psychotherapist working with individuals privately and at The School of Life internationally. I also have experience working with women’s support groups for the NHS.

I draw from a range of psychotherapy models to create an approach that's tailored to each client and the areas you want to explore. No two people are the same, so no two styles of therapy should be the same, either. I believe you have all the answers and resources within you – my job as a therapist is to help bring these to light.

I make sure I’m up to date with the latest developments in psychotherapy and am committed to continual professional training. As part of this, my most recent research explored the lived experience of paternal absence following parental divorce/separation.
