About me and my therapy practice
If you’ve found yourself here searching for a therapist, then I can imagine that you are going through some tough times at the moment. Life can be difficult, and things can get all too much at times. Whether its emotional distress, depression, anxiety or feeling dissatisfied and empty if your life, we all go through these hardships and sometimes need some help to navigate through and overcome these times.
As a qualified and experienced psychotherapist, I aim to be an aid and provide a space for you to work through your difficulties. I work integratively drawing upon theories and interventions tailored to you and what you are experiencing and provide a holistic and relational approach.
I offer in person and remote sessions for both short term and long-term work with a specialist interest in the area of trauma. Trauma is something many of us have or may experience in our lives in various ways that could affect us and leave us wounded. “Trauma is the invisible force that shapes our lives.
