About me and my therapy practice
Attentive, respectful and caring therapy can be a powerfully supportive and healing choice towards regaining a sense of hope and purpose.
An experienced and sensitive bereavement counsellor, I also have considerable interest and experience working with developmental disruptions and issues such as shame and low self-esteem as well as problems in relationships. I'm interested in the person as a whole, their unique experience and in what we 'hold' in our bodies and how that may help us to better understand ourselves.
I offer zoom/telephone sessions - a warmly connecting and therapeutic way to work on line; I will also resume meeting 'in the room' as soon as it feels possible to offer this as a genuinely safe option.
In my practice I offer one to one counselling to adults of all ages and backgrounds, for either short term or longer/open ended periods, depending on what is required.
My usual fee is £50 and I offer reduced fees for trainee counsellors of £40. Concessions may sometimes be available.
