About me and my therapy practice
I am a therapist trained in Psychodynamic therapy, providing a secure and welcoming environment for you to delve into your internal world, exploring your behaviors, moods, and internal conflicts that may be affecting your daily life. I work in Higher Education, supporting those who are facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loneliness, shame, guilt, anger, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
I offer a confidential and empathetic space where you can openly unpack your concerns in-depth. I acknowledge and respect cultural differences and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and wants. I am interested in helping you develop a deeper understanding of yourself, foster a healthier relationship with yourself and the world around you.
My first session
When you contact me, I will arrange an initial consultation to understand your reasons for seeking therapy and explore your expectations and requirements. This will also give you a chance to see if we are a good match. I provide both short-term and long-term face-to-face and Zoom individual therapy sessions for adults.
