About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced BACP accredited Person Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist based in Camden Town NW1, within walking distance of NW5 and N7. I offer counselling to adults and young people. Over the past 17 years, I've worked in a wide range of settings, with a diverse client base.

I believe we all have the capacity for change and that talking can identify patterns of behaviour which may be preventing us from living a more fulfilling life.

Sharing intimate thoughts and feelings with a stranger, can sometimes be a daunting prospect. my aim is to offer you a safe, non judgemental environment, where you can work through your difficulties at your own pace. Whatever you want to discuss is up to you. I will remain open to your unique and individual experience.

You may decide that you only need a few sessions. However, you may also discover that you want more time and that open ended counselling proves to be more fitting. The choice is yours.
