About me and my therapy practice

Feeling anxious, depressed, stuck? Need somewhere to talk without being judged - somewhere safe to explore difficult or painful thoughts and experiences? I can help you get a better understanding of what's going on and explore ways to move forward. I work with issues around depression, anxiety, trauma, identity, sexuality, gender and spirituality.

I am also a Nichiren Buddhist which means I believe in the deep potential of each person, no matter what they might have experienced in the past or what they are experiencing right now. Before training as a counsellor, I worked in theatre, arts development and festival management. I am a qualified person-centred counsellor and registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy
