About me and my therapy practice

I offer supervision to individuals and groups, where we work together to develop a deeper understanding of your clients in a safe and confidential space, where you can openly explore and think about your work. I see that supervision is about being to reflect upon the content, dynamic and process of the work to collaboratively gain understanding of the relationship; and to feel validated and supported as therapist and individual.

My original orientation is psychodynamic but through my experience with supervisees from integrative, psychodynamic and person centred backgrounds I can share a broad perspective in relation to how you work and your supervision needs.

My supervision experience includes NHS and private practice, and counselling trainees – some experienced and others just starting out in their practice.

Qualifications

I have been working as a therapist for 10 years and have experience in the NHS, private and the voluntary sector. I have been working at a supervisor in the NHS for qualified and honorary staff across different models, and in private practice.
