About me and my therapy practice

Counselling centres on listening, and emotionally supporting you. It facilitates your openness around the concerns you experience and seeks to help you discover your own solutions and the specific obstacles faced by you. An objective of counselling is to enable you to talk about a difficulty and find a way forward that is right for you.

I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults and sometimes use creative therapy as an aid because I have found that just talking and finding the words may be difficult or overwhelming and creative therapy may help to put these feelings into words.

I am flexible with days and times and my private practice is located discreetly, with easy parking in a small village in the south of the county of Northamptonshire.
