About me and my therapy practice

We are all living in a unique time which may be impacting our relationships with others and ourselves.  There can be losses, reevaluations and changes to adapt to.  Our individual histories may also be impacting how we cope in the here and now.  For some, simply the present time can be the challenge.  My training and experience can allow a space for you to explore what may otherwise be difficult to process on your own

As a BACP registered counsellor, I am able to offer a confidential and professional counselling service, currently online or by phone at flexible times.  In line with Government guidelines and my ethical practice, I have suspended face-to-face meetings to safeguard both my clients and myself.

Whatever your experience, whatever thoughts, feelings or behaviours are causing you difficulty right now, I can offer you the safety of a professional, ethical and compassionate therapeutic relationship within which to explore them and support you.

I have worked alongside many individual adults, at their different life stages. My counselling work has included a wide variety of issues within both short and longer term therapy.  I hold a limited number of lower fee spaces available to low income groups, key workers and counselling students.  I welcome any initial enquiries via email, text or phone.

My training/qualifications include:

CPCAB Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling

CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (BACP accredited)

CPCAB Level 3 Certificate in Counselling Studies

CPCAB Level 2 Certificate in Counselling Skills

Cruse Bereavement Care/Ascentis National Awarding Body: Awareness in Bereavement Care Foundation Course.
