About me and my therapy practice
I offer individuals and couples the opportunity to explore aspects of life and feelings which are causing concern, in a way that is not always possible with family or friends.
In a safe, supportive and confidential setting, I will encourage you to speak openly and freely, thereby assisting you to see things more clearly, possibly from a different mind-set. This will enable you to focus on feelings, experiences or behaviour, with a goal to facilitating positive change.
In addition to my private practice, I am employed by Grief Encounter as a clinician, helping families through bereavement; I also donate some time to a low cost community counselling service working with both individuals and couples.
I have much experience of working with a diverse range of people comprised of varying ethnic, social and personal backgrounds. My fluid way of working allows me to offer a therapy that I believe will be conducive to you.
I am a Bupa, Aviva and AXA recognised mental health therapist.
Please do not hesitate to call me should you have any queries about the counselling sessions I offer.
