Thank you for visiting my profile - I hope you will find it a useful way to answer any questions you may have and establish if you would like to come for counselling with me. Once you have read this information, you may find that you would like to make an initial appointment, in which case, I would be delighted to hear from you.

I offer short and long tem counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space enabling you to speak outside your usual circle of family, friends or colleagues. This can give you a chance to say what’s on your mind, express painful feelings or admit to confusing thoughts, helping you to cope with uncomfortable situations and to make positive change. In this way counselling can help you understand your present situation, whatever it may be, explore your past experiences and give voice to your hopes and fears for the future.

If you feel that speaking about your situation or feelings might help you, I would be pleased to meet you.
