About me and my therapy practice
At a time of such unparralleled national uncertainty and difficulty, the need to talk through your fears and anxieties may be more necessary than ever. Whatever you are feeling, whether that be difficulty coping with new stresses or complex emotions being triggered by the current situation, I am offering online counselling throughout the Coronavirus/Covid 19 pandemic. Please don't hesitate to contact me through these pages if you would like to make an appointment.I run my private practice from Colliton Street Psychotherapy Services in Dorchester, Dorset and from my private consulting room in the countryside just outside Sturminster Newton.
I offer short and long tem counselling in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space enabling you to speak outside your usual circle of family, friends or colleagues. This can give you a chance to say what’s on your mind, express painful feelings or admit to confusing thoughts, helping you to cope with uncomfortable situations and to make positive change. In this way counselling can help you understand your present situation, whatever it may be, explore your past experiences and give voice to your hopes and fears for the future.
If you feel that speaking about your situation or feelings might help you, I would be pleased to meet you.
