About me and my therapy practice
It's a brave thing to seek help when you need it, so firstly, well done for getting this far. If you scroll down you will find a list of the areas with which that I am very happy to help.
Whilst I offer counselling on a range of issues, I also have a special interest in counselling for people dealing with anxiety or depression, especially those who have had difficulty with relationships or have suffered abuse.
People need relationships of all kinds, but if something is making this difficult for you the effects can be difficult, far-reaching and even overwhelming. You may be feeling anxiety, stress or depression but this can be overcome with the right help.
Trust can be a major hurdle, which can make reaching out for help that much harder. I understand that it isn't easy, and right now it may even seem impossible, but the freedom to talk to a warm, caring professional in a safe, supportive and confidential environment can be enough to help you work through your problems.
Practice description
I offer long-term, short-term and time-limited counselling, depending on your needs.
I work out of 2 premises, one in Kingston and the other in Chessington. The premises in Chessington is wheelchair accessible, however, the Kingston premises is up one flight of stairs. Please let me know about your accessibility needs.
I also offer telephone and online counselling.
You can contact me via this site, email or you can call or text me on the number above. All messages, of any type, remain completely confidential.
If you leave a message, I will aim to contact you within 48 hours. I will always reply to you, so if you ask to be contacted via email, please check your junk mail.
