About me and my therapy practice
My name is Justine Boyce and I am a person - centred counsellor. I understand reaching out for help and support when struggling can be difficult. At times using areas from different modalities I can work to your individual needs and support you in your journey to becoming who you would like to be.
I am a calm & friendly person-centred counsellor, I am trauma informed and I work with clients who have a wide range of issues including, anxiety, depression, grief, intrusive thoughts, trauma, low self-esteem.
I offer a safe, caring, open and honest approach with all my clients, putting your needs, concerns and feelings at the centre of the work we do together on your therapeutic journey.
My first session
Initially I offer a 20 minute chat, to discuss any concerns and questions you may have providing you with the information you need to make a decision on if you would like to work together. During this conversation we would discuss the outline of the work and any concerns or questions you may have.
This initial chat can be completed on the phone or Via zoom.
