I have flexible hours of work but can be limited due to nature of work. The time slot you choose for yourself will remain as same every session and it will be reserved unless you cancel or change the time or day.

About me and my therapy practice
Welcome. I am a qualified counsellor and an accredited member of BACP. I have been working for over 6 years with Adults and Young people. I have experience supporting client through different presenting issues; Anxiety, Depression, OCD, Bereavement, Abuse, Relationship, Bullying, Anger, Eating disorder, Self harm and Gender dysphoria.Although I specialise in CBT, I use integrative approach tailoring to clients need, it encourages to tell their story in a confidential and safe environment. Counselling does not provide answers or solutions to their problems but it does offer an opportunity to express and to explore feelings, thought and experiences. It is a supportive relationship built on trust and available to use and enable client to make informed choices. It can also help to progress, develop a positive attitude and build confidence and self-esteem to live a happy and healthier life.I am positive, caring and I have patience and a willingness to listen and engage. I am trustworthy, reliable, non-judgmental, attune to people I work with and punctual with a problem solving attitude, that I believe equips me with the skills and quality to be a good therapist. You do not need to have a build up of major problem or an issue to start talking therapy. You can benefit from it even if it is for a one session.

My first session
In the first session you can ask any questions you have concerning how counselling works or questions for me specifically as a counsellor. It is an opportunity to determine if counselling is the right option for you at this time in your life
The first session we will spend few minutes introducing ourselves and complete an assessment which may cover a history of the problems you’re experiencing. There might be some forms or you may just want to ‘tell your story’. We will also cover a mutual contract between us to cover how I provide my service and I relation to counselling agreement.
