About me and my therapy practiceMy approach to therapy is to create a place for you to feel safe and of space for you to develop trust to share your life experiences ranging from daily life stresses to deep rooted issues. Through our therapeutic relationship, we can then discover together how to work on your concerns and apply tools to deal with your issues, so that healing can occur. I combine multidisciplinary approaches using systemic therapy as a wider lens to view the issues and CBT to apply practical solutions to find new ways for you to improve and enrich your life and live it more fully.
I’ve a Post Grad in Addiction Counselling and Psychology and a degree in Social Science specialising in Health and Wellbeing. I also have a Diploma in Couples work. I’ve worked in a range of different settings from Addiction treatment centres to bespoke therapy services . I offer a holistic and non judgmental environment that enables growth
