About me and my therapy practice

I offer a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive place where you will be able to express and explore your thoughts and feelings and begin to understand the patterns and strategies you have developed in response to your life experiences. Knowledge of yourself and your relationships can bring the opportunity for positive change and build resilience to the challenges life brings.

Practice description

I am a fully qualified BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) accredited counsellor. I was previously a GP with an interest in prevention and treatment of mental health conditions and continue to be registered with the GMC (General Medical Council).
