About me and my therapy practice
Since qualifying as a counsellor in 2012 my work has been predominately with young people and their families based in local high schools. I believe, at a time, where mental health is at the forefront of our minds, young people are accessing counselling more frequently for a wide range of issues such as anxiety and depression. Counselling can give you the time and support to begin to understand and make sense of those feelings that distress you, so life begins to feel more manageable. The exploration of these feelings takes place in a confidential, non - judgemental and accepting environment.
I welcome all enquiries from young people and their families as well as adults and couples. My experience also involves working with adults for various charities and the local IAPT service.
I look forward to hearing from you.
