I work on Wednesday evenings for an agency based at London Bridge.
About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally trained counsellor working in Herne Hill, South London. I offer an empathetic and non-judgemental space in which to better understand your needs and concerns.I work with individual adults on a weekly basis. I see clients at Herne Hill Space Therapy Rooms which are located close to Herne Hill and Effra Space community centre within walking distance of Brixton Station. I also offer online counselling.
I use psychodynamic theory to explore how we are impacted by relationships and events in our past. I can help you achieve a deeper understanding of yourself and any inner conflicts in order to gain greater self acceptance.
I can provide tools and insights that can help you understand the ways in which you relate to others so that you can form healthy and affirming relationships. I aim to provide you with practical skills that will enable you to make positive changes.
I believe that the better the relationship between counsellor and client, the more likely healing will take place. For this reason, I work in a person-centred way with clients and offer a relationship which is empathetic, open and non-judgemental.
